Tofu Ramen

This tasty soup is full of complex flavors and texture. Here, noodles, vegetables, egg and tofu combine in a delicious broth. A bowl that will thrill your palate and ignite your senses alongside an Alpaca Chardonnay, bringing forth the delicious, famous umami flavor.

Chicken soup, ginger, chives and white wine. Tofu marinated in sugar, grated ginger, Soy and oyster sauce. Soft boiled egg, sliced in half. Al dente vegetables sautéed in sesame oil (use pak choi, carrot, and beansprouts)
Chopped fresh chives.

Soup base (added to each bowl):
1 tablespoon Soy sauce
1 tablespoon mentsuyu
1 tablespoon roast pork gravy
1/2 garlic clove, grated
1 teaspoon oyster sauce
1 teaspoon of sesame oil
Pinch of black pepper

Heat, and cook your noodles until soft.

Place your noodles and ingredients into individual bowls.

At the moment of serving, pour 250-300ml of the soup base, mixed with hot water into your bowl. You can adjust the concentration of flavors to your taste by adding more or less hot water.
