Salmon Sashimi

An appetizer of raw fish, Soy sauce, ginger and wasabi. A dish characterized by its freshness and delicate flavor, which pairs perfectly our Alpaca Sauvignon Blanc.

Fresh salmon (deboned, and skinned)
Soy sauce
Ginger
Wasabi
Cucumber
Carrot
Lemon
Lettuce

Clean a piece of fresh salmon by removing the skin, and bones. It should form a rectangular shape.

Then, pat both sides of the fish dry with a paper towel, and begin to slice it into thin slices, working in the opposite direction to the muscle.

Arrange the slices on a tray or plate. Slice and place the fresh vegetables around the salmon sashimi to decorate.
