A much loved burger, set on a brioche bun with a grilled or BBQ'd burger patty. The burger is made even more delicious by its diverse fillings and a Kimchi mayo that helps build a unique flavor with moderate spice that will delight alongside an Alpaca Carmenere.
Warm brioche bread, sliced open and buttered
1 hamburger patty
1 onion, sliced into rings
Lettuce
Cheddar cheese
1 sliced tomato
Pickled cucumbers
1 cup of mayonnaise
1 tbsp kimchi

Kimchi mayo: Blend 1 cup of mayonnaise with 1 tbsp of Kimchi in a blender until they form a smooth sauce. Place in fridge. Cook the burger patty on the BBQ, grill, or skillet pan until your desired level of doneness.

Just before you take the burger off the heat, place the cheese on top until it starts to melt. Heat the sliced brioche bread on the grill and butter on both sides. Spread one teaspoon of the kimchi mayonnaise on the bottom bun. Then add three slices of pickles, the cooked hamburger patty, tomato and lettuce.

Finally, add another teaspoon of Kimchi mayonnaise on top and seal with the top bun. Serve with French fries, mixed green leaves, or coleslaw.
